  • Enforce our Zero Tolerance policy which prohibits any form of discrimination or harassment.
  • Ensure that policies, procedures and practices which impact on recruitment and selection, training and development, promotion and placement, performance management and remuneration do not hinder the implementation of employment equity objectives
  • Ensure that all employees attend Diversity Training, to heighten awareness and respect our valuing diversity principles.
  • Implement a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Strategy which demonstrates the Company's commitment to the transformation of South Africa and educates and informs employees, dealers and suppliers on the Company's progress on these actions.
  • Establish employment equity performance metrics that are linked to performance based compensation
