Our Reward and Recognition strategies focus on:

  • Development and implementation of programs and processes to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Development and delivery of interventions to strengthen employee-manager relationships

The Company strives to create a business climate that encourages innovation, learning and performance through recognizing the efforts of employees and rewarding them for outstanding performance and loyal service.

FMCSA encourages frequent performance feedback sessions between employees and supervisors and this creates the platform for recognizing individual and team efforts.

The ‘pay for performance’-principle which is fundamental to our compensation philosophy allows for individual rewards through merit and bonus programs.

Long-serving employees are rewarded with incentives when they achieve their 10-year milestone and at each five year interval thereafter.
