PRETORIA, South Africa, 26 April 2022 – Ford South Africa’s Annual Dealer Awards remained a highlight of the year as it once again celebrated the hard work, dedication and passion shown by Ford’s dealer network, consisting of 121 Ford dealers in Southern Africa.

The results take into account performance across the full spectrum including sales, aftersales, Ford Credit, Ford Protect, Profitability and Dealer Standards.

“The Annual Dealer Awards are as much a highlight for our dealer network as they are for the team at Ford South Africa. Our dealers are the face of the brand for our customers, they are the real Ford ambassadors, their success is equally our success,” said Neale Hill, President, Ford Motor Company Africa.

“These results are testament to the tenacity, perseverance and resilience dealers individually and collectively have demonstrated, which is no small feat when considering the year that 2021 was. Our network’s unwavering commitment to the Ford brand and dedication to driving the business forward during these difficult times is truly valued and genuinely appreciated,” Hill concluded.

The Dealer Awards are strongly linked to Ford’s ongoing customer experience and ownership journey, where customers and fleet operators are made to feel like family and can increasingly expect an always-on relationship with the dealer through modern digital and e-commerce channels, assisted by Ford’s trained experts.

Customer retention and renewal at a dealership level is also aided by Ford’s various Ford Protect plans as well as Ford Credit which ensures a seamless ownership journey from purchase through to renewal.

This year’s overall Ford National Dealer of the Year Award went to Human Auto Bloemfontein, while the Human Auto Group was named the Group Dealer of the Year.
