Why am I unable to download the FordPass app?

If the FordPass app is not shown in Play Store™/App Store®, check the country in Play Store/App Store settings and change the country accordingly.

If you are unable to download the app to your device, a few common reasons for this could be due to:

  1. Your device (iPhone®, iPad, or iPod) does not have enough storage space for the update/download.
  2. Please delete unused apps and try again. 
  3. You may be experiencing network/internet connection issues. 
  4. Check your cellular strength and or Wi-Fi connection.
    • Wi-Fi connection 
      • If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
      • If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using cellular data.
    • Cellular connection 
      • If cellular data is turned off, turn cellular data on and attempt to connect.
      • If cellular data is turned on, turn cellular data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
  5. Power off your device for 30 - 60 seconds. 
  6. Turn on your device.
  7. Attempt to download the app.
