We are excited to announce a new dealership open point in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The requirement for this dealership is to have a full 3S dealership which includes a Ford Approved (Used Cars) facility. The closing date for submissions is by June 20, 2025.

All prospective Dealership franchise owners are required to include the following initial information as part of their application submissions:

• Business Plan: A comprehensive business plan for the site, including the facilities.
• B-BBEE Certificate: Company’s B-BBEE certificate and plans to maintain and improve compliance levels. (A minimum requirement of 51% previously disadvantaged ownership)
• Dealership Details:
  
  1. Photographs of the prospective Dealership.
  2. Location map of the prospective Dealership.
  3. Layout plan of the prospective Dealership.
• Shareholding Structure:
  
  1. Shareholding structure including an organogram with percentages of shareholding.
  2. Company structure indicating shareholding and their shares in the company.
• Beneficiaries / Owners Details: Details of all beneficiaries / owners up to the natural person levelled
