How can I delete the Ford app and my account?

To delete the Ford app, simply uninstall the Ford app from your mobile device. If you uninstall the Ford app, your account information will not be deleted. If you wish to delete your account, contact our customer experience specialists (Guidesafrica@ford.com) and provide them with the email address you used to set up your account.
