How do I delete my Ford account?
You can remove your Ford account using the Ford app by following the steps below.
Important: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your profile on any Ford site (sites associated with Ford.co.za, the Ford app, and Ford Credit Account Manager). You will also lose access to the following features:
- Ford Credit Account Manager
- Remote Lock/Unlock
- Remote Start/Stop
- Connected Services
To delete your account using the Ford app:
- Log in to the Ford app.
- Select the Account icon.
- Choose Account Information.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and choose Yes, delete.
