Service History
Ford don’t store servicing records centrally, but they always recommend buyers and sellers to pass on the Service Portfolio to help maintain a record of servicing.
The servicing dealership should have a record of the service history and customers should speak to the servicing dealership if this information is missing from their vehicle documents. Speak with the Service Department who will do their best to help.
A system called OWS may contain the most recent service and/or warranty history of the vehicle for reference, but only in the instances where the customer has used a Ford Dealership for the service or warranty repair - Local Ford Dealership
