Contacting Roadside Assistance

Choose from the drop-down options below for more information on how to contact Ford Roadside Assistance. 

By Phone

You can call roadside assistance by phoning 0861150250 and are encouraged to tell the operator that you have obtained roadside assistance courtesy of either purchasing or servicing their Ford. The operator will ask for the following information:

  • Name
  • Registration number of the vehicle
  • Membership number
  • Precise location of the vehicle
  • A brief description of the problem
  • A contact telephone number (where possible)

Using the Ford App

  1. Log in to the Ford app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon to go to the Account dashboard.
  3. Press Contact help.

You will be connected with someone who can schedule Roadside Assistance services for you.

Alternatively follow below steps.

  1. Log in to the Ford App.
  2. Tap on the Tool icon to go Service dashboard then Ford Emergency Services.
  3. Select Roadside Assistance.
  4. Press Call Roadside Assistance.
