Can I retrofit a modem For the FordPass™ App?

While we appreciate the interest, the embedded modem cannot be retrofitted to non-connected vehicles and will not be made available as an accessory. That being said, the FordPass App itself contains a variety of features to amplify the ownership experience, even if your Ford doesn’t have an embedded modem, which includes:

• Easy to access Roadside Assistance phone number
• Book a service online (at participating dealers)
• Check recent service history (from participating dealers, records from 2017 onwards)
• Access your Owners Manual and How to Videos ability to check outstanding Field Service Actions (non urgent service campaigns) and Safety Recalls
• Search for Points of Interest including
