How do I remove Ford app modem access for authorised users?

You can complete a Ford app Connect Reset on your vehicle's SYNC^® screen. For more information, refer to the steps below. 

Important:

• This reset removes all Ford app Connect accounts linked to your vehicle.
• To remove all previous owners, users, data, and in-vehicle settings, perform a Factory Reset. A Factory Reset also deletes your navigation favourites.

Resetting vehicle's modem

To complete a vehicle's modem Reset:

1. Safely enter your vehicle.
2. Ensure that your vehicle is on, running, parked, and in a well-ventilated safe area.
3. Tap Settings on your SYNC screen and select General.
4. Scroll down and select Reset.
5. Scroll down and select vehicle's modem Reset.
6. Close and reopen Ford app once the reset is complete. 

You can now connect to your vehicle again for remote control access.
