Will A Privately Imported Ford Work With The FordPass™ App?

The FordPass™ App has been specifically designed to work with vehicles supplied through Ford South Africa. All information displayed comes from Ford South Africa back-end systems and databases. If you imported your Ford privately, or purchased it through an independent entity (i.e. not via Ford South Africa), the App will not support your vehicle, regardless of whether it is connected or not.
