How do I cancel or amend an Online Service Booking reservation in FordPass^®?

1. Log in to the FordPass App.
2. Navigate to the Home landing page.
3. Ensure your correct vehicle is selected. 
4. Tap the Service tab. 
5. Select the Schedule Service tile. 
6. Tap Schedule Service. 
7. Review the pop-up disclaimer advising of the external website redirect. 
   • Select OK to continue. 
   • Select CANCEL to void moving forward. 
8. Log in to MyFordJourney.
9. Select View All Bookings. 
   • To make changes, select Edit Booking and then Confirm & Close once you are done. 
   • To cancel completely, select Cancel Booking and then Confirm Cancellation. 

You can also select Show past bookings to view previous bookings.
