Where do I schedule vehicle service in FordPass^®?

Important: This is not a standard feature, and the following pre-conditions must be met:

If the above conditions are met, use the following steps to schedule your service:

Log in to the FordPass App.
Navigate to the Home landing page.
Ensure your correct vehicle is selected.
Tap the Service tab.
Select the Schedule Service tile.
Tap Schedule Service.
Review the pop-up disclaimer advising of the external website redirect.
- Select OK to continue.
- Select CANCEL to void moving forward.
Log in to MyFordJourney.
Select My Vehicles.
Tap Add Another Vehicle.
Choose the method to add a vehicle.
- Manually: You will need to enter all the following details in order to add a vehicle to your account:
  - Model
  - Year
  - Variant
  - Mileage
  - Registration Number
- Registration Number: Enter the Registration Number/Vehicle Plate Number and tap Find My Ford.
- VIN: Enter the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and tap Find My Ford.
After adding your vehicle, select Create New Booking.
Confirm your vehicle and tap Continue.
Select your dealer.
Tap Confirm & Continue under the dealer section.
Choose a service type.
- Standard Service is for general preventative maintenance.
- Maintenance & Repair has various options depending on what is needed.
Tap Continue.
Choose a date and time.
Review the selected details on the Booking Summary screen.

Note: Tap Change next to any section that needs to be modified.

Tap Confirm Booking. The confirmation screen displays their confirmation number. They also receive a confirmation text message.
