How do I create a MyFordJourney account?

Your MyFordJourney account will allow you to use the FordPass® Online Service Booking features. To create your account, use the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the MyFordJourney site.
  2. Select Sign up.
  3. Complete the following fields:
    • Salutation
    • Name
    • Surname
    • Mobile number
    • Email
  4. Tap Sign up.
  5. Select either SMS or Email as a verification method.
  6. Enter a password in the Create Password field.
  7. Retype the password in the Confirm Password field.
  8. Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy.
  9. Tap Next.

Note: MyFordJourney will send a One-Time PIN (OTP) to your chosen verification method.

  1. Paste the PIN into the OTP field.
  2. Tap Next. 

Your MyFordJourney account is now ready, and you can proceed with Online Service Bookings through FordPass.
