How do I download the Ford app and create an account?

You can download Ford app using the App Store or Google Play. Ford app is free to use. Create your account using the steps below. 

Downloading the Ford app

Download the Ford app via your respective platform. 

  • iOS device users refer to the Apple App Store.
  • Android device users refer to the Google Play Store. 

Creating a Ford app Account

Important:

  • If you already have a Ford Account, you can log in using your existing account credentials (username and password) on the Ford spp.
  • If you have a new device or it was lost or stolen, you do not have to create a new account.

To create an account, use the steps below: 

  1. Open the Ford app on your device.
  2. Select Create Account.
  3. Enter your Mobile Number.
  4. Review your mobile number for errors or missing characters.
  5. Press Request Code.
  6. Enter your Authentication Code.
  7. Enter the following details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • A password containing all of the criteria below:
      • Eight or more characters
      • One special character
      • One number
      • One upper-case letter
      • One lower-case letter
  8. Tap the box after reading the terms and conditions/privacy policy.
  9. Select Create Account.

You should be directed to the Ford app and prompted to add a vehicle to your account.
