How do I change my Ford app^® username?

You can update your username (mobile number) on the Account screen of the Ford app using the steps below.

Updating my Ford app Mobile Number

To change your Ford app mobile number:

Open the Ford app.
Go to the Account screen.
Select Sign In & Security.
Sign in with your current login details.
Locate the "Mobile Number" section.
Select Edit and a verification code will be sent to your mobile number.
Enter the verification code to authenticate your account.
Type in your new mobile number.
Select Request Code and a verification code will be sent to the new phone number you provided.
Enter the code in the Mobile Verification Code section.
Important: You must enable your phone's security feature before you can continue.

Ford app will log you out and you will have to sign in with your new credentials.
