Why am I unable to add my Vehicle Identification Number to Ford App?
If you are unable to add your Ford vehicle to the Ford app, verify your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is accurate or scan your VIN directly.
Re-Enter Your VIN
Ensure you have entered all 17 characters correctly.
Note: VINs do not include the letters I, O, and Q to avoid confusion with the numbers 1 and 0.
Scan Your VIN
- From the garage select + Add Vehicle.
- Enter the 17-character VIN located on your driver's side door panel.
