Why am I unable to Login to the Ford app^™App?

If you recently changed your username/mobile number or in the Ford app , login using your mobile number (this is your username).
Try resetting your password.
If you are unable to login to the app, tap Forgot? from the Ford app main login screen. If the Mobile Verification message does not come through, contact a Guide for assistance.
