Why am I unable to Login to the FordPassApp?

  • If you recently changed your username/mobile number or in the FordPass app, login using your mobile number (this is your username).
  • Try resetting your password
  • If you are unable to login to the app, tap Forgot? from the FordPass main login screen. If the Mobile Verification message does not come through, contact a Guide for assistance.
  • If you continue to have issues, email a FordGuide at guides@ford.com
