How do I get a key code?

To enhance security on your vehicle by preventing unauthorized persons from obtaining duplicates of your vehicle’s keys, we do not keep spare keys specific to your vehicle in stock. Instead, we provide a tag with your new vehicle which is found on your vehicle’s key.  This tag is important as it has a unique code which the dealer requires in order to reproduce your key should there be a need to make another key.  It is thus important that this tag is removed from your keys and kept in a safe place should it be needed in the future.

Your vehicle’s key code is not stored on any of our systems to ensure your security and thus cannot be obtained by us or your dealer.  Should you not have your vehicle’s key code in the event of you needing a replacement key made, then your dealer will have to replace all the locks on your vehicle and supply you with new keys and associated unique key code.
