How to Return the Vehicle at the End of Contract?

If you have an Installment Sale Agreement, with or without a residual value, you will not be able to Return the vehicle to the Dealer at the end of the Agreement.                                                                                                                                                               
If you would like to return your vehicle, please contact your Ford dealer who will make arrangements for your vehicle to be inspected. As long as the vehicle meets our ‘fair wear and tear’ standards and is within the agreed contracted mileage, and your account is up-to-date, there will be nothing further to pay. Additional charges will be incurred if you exceed the contracted mileage or if your vehicle does not meet our fair wear and tear standards. These standards can be found in the Guide to your Ford Options Agreement which you received with your Welcome Letter.
