What is a certificate of conformity?

A COC (Certificate of Conformity) is the document that is issued to a vehicle manufacturer to certify that a vehicle class conforms to international requirements.

A COC document is a producer’s declaration that the vehicle complies with the given approved type. This document contains information about the vehicle and its producer’s identification, type approval number, technical specifications and other data.

If you are exporting or importing a motor vehicle to another country, they may require certification data for your motor vehicle.
