What is SYNC® ?
SYNC® is an in-vehicle voice-activated communications, entertainment and information system. When paired with a mobile device and other Bluetooth®-enabled devices, SYNC allows you to use voice commands to make and receive calls, play music, or get driving directions. These are all designed to help you stay connected and control certain features of your vehicle. SYNC features can vary depending on the model of your vehicle and version of SYNC available.

Download the latest SYNC® Software update using a USB storage drive.
Please ensure that you have your vehicle’s VIN number at hand, follow and complete all the necessary steps and register the installation to complete your update.
