Ford Protect inclusive Service Plans


Effective 01 April 2018, Ford Protect offers the following all-inclusive Service Plans for new products. Please note that you are entitled to a maximum overrun of 1,000km on your last service.

Figo, Fiesta and EcoSport: 4 year/60 000km service plan with 15 000km service intervals.

Ranger, Everest: 6 year/90 000km service plan with 15 000km service intervals.

Focus, Mustang and Transit: 6 year/90 000km service plan with 20 000km service intervals

Ford Protect inclusive Service Plans

Effective 01 April 2018, Ford Protect offers the following all-inclusive Service Plans for new products. Please note that you are entitled to a maximum overrun of 1,000km on your last service.

  • Cover Exclusions

    Cover Exclusions

    The following is not covered in the Service Plan:

    • Non scheduled Maintenance and repairs
    • Internal and external trim, body work and paint that arises due to normal wear and tear.
    • All glass, tyres, wheels, wheel alignment, accessories, electrical wiring components
    • Additional maintenance that may be required as a result of the vehicle being operated in severe or unusual conditions.
    • Additional maintenance that may be required as a result of any modification made to the vehicle.
    • Additional maintenance that may be required as a result of:
      • Accident,damage,abuse or misuse or consequential damage as a result of such an action.
      • Failure to use the vehicle in accordance with the instruction contained in the owners handbook
      • Failure to ensure that the vehicle is properly, regularly and punctually serviced in accordance with the instruction and recommendations specified by Ford in the owners handbook.
      • The vehicle being serviced by persons other than a authorised Ford Dealer.
      • Fitment of non genuine Ford parts.
    • Any repairs required as a result of continued operation of the vehicle once a defect has occurred. (including loss of lubricants and coolants)
    • Any consequential loss, damage or liability incurred as a result of a mechanical failure (including personal liability).
    • Costs covered by any other warranty or entitlement including the manufacturers warranty or
    • Any scheduled servicing where we have not provided our prior authority.

    The following is not covered in the Service Plan:
