What is the online service price calculator?

The Ford Customer Service Division is excited to announce the launch of the Ranger and Everest Online Service Price Calculator. It is a key new Customer Convenience Initiative that will offer service customers complete price transparency on vehicle service costs and therefore promotes trust and loyalty to the Ford Brand.

The website tool offers a customer the opportunity to calculate the estimated cost of a scheduled vehicle service at any of the authorized Ford Dealers. Initially the calculator will only be applicable to Ranger and Everest vehicles but in future more vehicle models will be added.

Service Customers have an opportunity to select either original Ford OE parts, or alternatively the more cost-effective Motorcraft alternative, where available. They can also compare quotes between dealers. The customer can then simply download the service quotation and take it to the relevant dealer to have their vehicle serviced at the quoted price.

All parts are quoted at the current Panda suggested retail price, however costs associated with consumables, retail labour and retail oil per litre will vary from dealer to dealer based on the input provided by dealers over the past few weeks. We would like to thank all Dealers for their input.

Customers are also able to download a copy of their Vehicle's Service Schedule when a quote is generated, and can even make an online service booking via a link to the online service booking.
