Troubleshooting Vehicle Location Issues

Unable to Locate Your Vehicle
If you are unable to locate your vehicle, ensure your settings are set up correctly:
- Location Settings: Allow the FordPass app access in your device's location settings.
- Connectivity Settings: Enable Vehicle Location in your vehicle's Connectivity Settings menu.
Incorrect Location Showing
If your vehicle's location is incorrect, please contact a Guide for additional assistance.
If the troubleshooting steps are unsuccessful or your modem is non-communicating, contact a Guide using the Account > Help options in FordPass.
