What if a Customer Has a Problem with the Customer Viewpoint Survey?

If you have issues accessing the survey, confirm that you are entering the PIN from your invitation correctly.  If you still have concerns, contact your dealership for assistance.

Can you send another survey invitation if I have deleted mine?

We do not have the ability to resend survey invitations.

What is considered a complete survey?


For a web survey the Customer must hit the submit button at the end of the survey. 
A Customer could answer just one question and that question will be included in scoring on the Global CVP Website.
