What is the Customer Satisfaction Program tile in the Ford app?

The Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) tile on the Service landing page of the Ford app* is an alert provided for applicable Field Service Actions (FSAs), which are important repairs and/or upgrades provided by Ford.

This tile only displays if your vehicle is eligible for an FSA through the CSP. It will not appear for all instances of repair or upgrade.

Potential FSAs include:

  • Application upgrades
  • Warranty extension (multiple or single repairs)
  • Market-specific repairs
