Is there a recall on my Ford vehicle?

In the unlikely event that we need to recall some of our vehicles for safety reasons, we will send a letter to the registered owner based on our own records, requesting that the repair work is completed as quickly as is convenient. You can also contact your local Ford Dealership or the Customer Relationship Centre who will be pleased to assist you further.

Alternatively, you can visit Ford Recalls | Ford Owner Support and check yourself to see if there are any recalls outstanding on your vehicle.

Is it Safe to Continue Driving my Vehicle?

Unless specifically stated on your letter, you can continue to drive your vehicle, but please do book in with a local Ford dealer as soon as you can. Once you have been notified of a safety recall that affects your vehicle, it is your responsibility to have your vehicle repaired in accordance with the instructions in the letter provided, at your earliest possible convenience.
