Whether you are a fleet customer needing to minimise downtime or a retail customer pressed for time, Ford provides you with a convenient way to service your Ford vehicle at your preferred time and location while still receiving the quality and expertise of Ford's trusted technicians using Ford Genuine parts.

Multi-point inspections (vehicle health check)

Repairs requiring specialized tools or equipment, or any service beyond the scope listed above will need to be performed at your preferred Ford dealership.
The following are not included as standard with our Mobile Service offering: Car wash, tyre rotation, wheel alignment & certain Field Service Actions or Recalls.
To perform a mobile service safely, the location needs to meet certain minimum requirements such as a level surface suitable for performing maintenance or repairs, along with sufficient space to accommodate both the Mobile Service vehicle and the customer’s vehicle.
If the service is to be performed in a location with specific access rules (e.g., residential complexes, office premises), all necessary permissions must be secured in advance to allow the Mobile Service team to operate on-site.
The customer’s vehicle should be readily accessible and available upon the arrival of the Mobile Service team to ensure a smooth and timely service experience.
