What is my wheel rim ID number?
The wheel rim ID number or manufacturer code contains information on: the size of the wheel rim, the tyre bead profile, what kind of hump design it is and what the positive offset is.
- On steel wheel rims it is possible to find the manufacturer codes in four places: the inside lip of the rim, the inside drum of the rim, the outer face of the disc or the inner face of the disc.
- On an alloy wheel rim it is possible to find the manufacturer codes in two different place: the outer face of the hub and the inner face of the hub.
