How can i cancel my Ford protect plan?

You may lodge a request to cancel your Ford Protect Policy by giving a notice in writing to CANCELZAF@ford.com .

If a refund is due all costs incurred, including commissions, administration costs and all benefits paid will be deducted. The balance will be refunded on a pro rata basis within 30 days from the date of request.

If your Plan has been financed by a financial institution or forms part of a suspensive sale agreement, the refund will be paid to the financing institution.
