What is the difference between Ford Protect and Ford warranty?

Ford Protect are the product owners of all extended Services, Maintenance and Warranty products and standard service plans for your vehicle.

Ford Protect is not the owner of the standard Ford New Vehicle Warranty, any inquires on the standard warranty of 48 months and 120,000km's need to be referred to the warranty department at fordwarr@ford.com
