Servicing your vehicle and Warranty

Your Customer Assistance Service and Warranty Guide provides you with the required service intervals and the failure to follow your service intervals may affect your vehicles' powertrain warranty which will affect how claims for your engine, transmission and related components are approved. However Ford has put into place the Wear Check program which would allow your servicing dealership to send an oil sample from the late or missed service for testing which will assist in determining your powertrain warranty status.

For more information on the Wear Check process contact your nearest Ford Dealership.
