Introducing buttons on the center console, buttons on the roof, and USB connection ports.

The Ford Territory is a spacious, modern SUV equipped with many smart technologies, giving you convenience and a comfortable experience on every journey. The design highlight is the optimization of buttons and key clusters on the central control panel, ceiling buttons, and USB connection ports, making it easy for you when experiencing the vehicle’s utilities.

Functions on the central control panel

Air conditioning control buttons: Just below the central touchscreen at the top of the central dock, there is a row of buttons to manually control the air conditioning system, by which you can turn on/off or adjust the air conditioner system, fan speed, the maximum cooling function, and the automatic air conditioning plus windshield drying function. The dual-zone automatic climate control system has both air-conditioning vents behind the central armrest dock, enabling the back seats to be cooled effectively, with a built-in high-class air filter function.

Convenient wireless charging: Ford Territory has a large phone holder box right above the central console and the wireless charging technology allows you to charge your phone quickly. With the standardized Qi wireless charging technology, you just need to put the device down on the mattress in the compartment below the air conditioning control cluster.

Rotary knob-type electronic gear lever: The electronic gear lever is exquisitely designed, including P, R, N, D and low gear L mode. The gearbox will automatically shift to P mode when you stop the vehicle and turn off the engine.

Driver assistance control panel: A control panel just below the gear knob includes the smart electronic handbrake system, the Auto-hold button that supports automatic brake hold, Auto Start/Stop system on/off button, the button to activate the active parking assist system; and the button to turn on/off the warning sound of the sensor system around the car.

Infotainment system control panel: A panel operated by knobs and buttons allows you to conveniently perform manual control over functions including turning On/Off or adjusting audio volume, returning to the central screen with the Home button, dialing phone numbers, and initiating the music feature.

Functions on the ceiling panel

The ceiling panel consists of buttons controlling the panoramic sunroof (on the Titanium versions), including buttons to open/close the sunroof that can be expandable up to 50%. Besides, there are buttons to control the cabin lighting system and the support lights when leaving the car.

USB connection function

In addition to the wireless charging and connection system, the Ford Territory has a series of type C and type A ports connected via USB charging protocol. The main connection area is located in a large storage compartment below the central armrest, where another USB port is located near the rear air vents. There’s another USB port is located behind the interior mirror and only allows you to charge devices.
